Cher Calls President Trump Both A ‘Liar’ and ‘Murderer’ In Unhinged Tweet

American singer Cher has been a critic of President Donald Trump since he first announced his campaign, resorting to lengthy, all-caps tweets to tear into the president.
With COVID-19 growing in the U.S., Cher lashed out at him for not doing enough, going as far as calling him both a “liar” and “murderer” in a Friday tweet.

“trump HAS ACCESS 2 EVERY MASK, SHIELD, GOWN, GLOVE, BED, VENTiLATOR, RESPIRATOR, TEST KIT, NATIONAL GUARDSMAN, SOLDIER FROM ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, NURSES, DR.’S, TECHS, 1ST RESPONDERS NEEDED 2 SAVE THE LIVES OF CORONAVIRUS PATIENTS, & CAREGIVERS,” Cher said in a now-deleted tweet. “Trump IS A LIAR, & MURDERER. [America] OPEN UR [eyes].”

This tweet comes one week after Cher demanded that Trump step down over his response to the coronavirus.

“Believe 4 Good Of Country, trump, Pence & administration MUST BE FORCED 2 STEP DOWN, BECAUSE HE WILL END UP KILLING THOUSANDS OF.” Cher said in a tweet earlier this month. “HES LIED, & WE ARE NOT PREPARED/PROTECTED. WE ARE ON SAME TRAJECTORY AS ITALY.‼️HE PUT NO ONE IN CHARGE TILL IT WAS TOO LATE.HE’LL SUCK HIS thumb.”

Currently there are over 300,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19, with over 27,000 cases being in the United States. President Trump has banned international travel to several countries and is currently trying to fast-track a treatment/preventative for the coronavirus.
